We believe in education and adopting fitness/nutrition habits as a LIFESTYLE & not a QUICK FIX!

We do not believe in complaining, bad luck, excuses, big egos, yadda yadda yadda.

Here is a list of the gym rules you will find posted in the workout area. Read them. Love them. Don't break 'em.

GYM RULES
-GIVE A SHIT
-BE ALL EARS AT ALL TIMES, LISTEN TO YOUR COACHES (NO HEADPHONES)
-LEAVE YOUR DRAMA AND EGO AT THE DOOR, YOU ARE NOT SPECIAL
-WHATEVER YOUR 100% IS, GIVE IT OR GET OUT
- SHOW UP ON TIME OR PAY THE PRICE
-CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF (BLOOD, SWEAT, TEARS, ETC), PUT ALL EQUIPMENT AWAY AFTER USE
-NEVER DROP AN EMPTY BARBELL
-RESPECT COACHES, ATHLETES, AND EQUIPMENT
-IF YOU DON’T KNOW, ASK
-INTRODUCE YOURSELF TO STRANGERS
-CLASSES COME FIRST, OPEN GYM IS A PRIVILEGE…DON’T ABUSE IT
-WE ARE NOT POLITICALLY CORRECT. WE CUSS, FART, YELL, GRUNT, SCREAM, SWEAT, BLEED, ETC.. YOU WILL TOO
-LIFT SOME WEIGHTS, HAVE SOME FUN
