Free Consultation

This is a private, 1 on 1 meeting with a 2L2Q coach and future gym prospect. In this meeting, the coach will administer a body fat testing with a hand held Omron Monitor. The future athlete will fill out a quick 5 minute survey about exercise and nutrition habits as well as goals and motivation. The sole purpose of this meeting is to decide the best course of action for a given athlete after learning about their goals and physical abilities.

Nutrition Orientation

This is a free meeting with a coach (with a paid membership) to go over your nutrition plan, nutrition questions and other related nutrition topics.
